Privacy Policy
We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to get your order to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Collectors Art and More LLC, doing business as Daily Digital Deals (“Daily Digital Deals,” “we,” “us”), based in Houston, Texas, handles information when you visit dailydigitaldeals.shop or buy from us.
Information we collect
- Order information: When you check out, you give your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. We use this only to process, ship and support your order, send order and tracking updates, and handle returns.
- Payment information: Payments are processed securely by Square. Your card number goes straight to Square, and we never see or store your full card number. Square’s handling of payment data is covered by the Square Privacy Notice.
- Messages: If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Spin-to-win wheel and deal emails: To spin the wheel you enter your email. We keep that email address, the date you signed up and any prize code you win, and we use it to send you deal emails. That’s the only way we collect emails for deals. Every deal email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe and have your email removed any time on our unsubscribe page or by emailing us. To allow one spin per day, your browser also keeps a random ID, and we store only a one-way scrambled version of it and of your email with that day’s result.
- Reviews: If you write a review, we publish the rating, first name or initial, title and text you give us after we check it. If you enter an order email to get a “Verified buyer” badge, we use it once to look for a matching order and don’t store or show it.
- Site analytics: We use our own privacy-friendly analytics. It sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not build a profile of you. We see only totals, such as which pages and products are viewed, how long pages are viewed, and approximate city, state and country.
Information stored in your browser
Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed items, promo code, spin-wheel ID and light/dark theme choice are saved in your own browser’s local storage so they’re there when you come back. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
How we use information
- To fulfill orders, including shipping with USPS or UPS, and to provide customer support.
- To calculate sales tax and shipping, and to keep records required by law.
- To prevent fraud and spam and keep the site secure. To limit spam reviews and repeat wheel spins, we briefly keep a one-way scrambled version of your connection address, which can’t be turned back into the address. It’s deleted within a day.
- To understand, in aggregate, which products and pages are popular so we can improve the store.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed: Square (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), and our website host. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
Data retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a PCI-compliant payment processor, to protect your information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising. We don’t do either.
- Not be treated differently for using your privacy rights.
To make a request, email support@dailydigitaldeals.shop or use our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll respond to an appeal within 60 days.
Children’s privacy
Our store is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
