Terms of Service
The ground rules for shopping with us, in plain English.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of dailydigitaldeals.shop and any purchase from Collectors Art and More LLC, doing business as Daily Digital Deals (“Daily Digital Deals,” “we,” “us”), Houston, Texas. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colors and details can look slightly different on different screens. Items are sold as described in their listing, so please read each listing and review the photos before you buy. If you have a question about an item, message us before ordering.
Pricing and errors
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and promotions can change at any time without notice.
- “Original price” and “Save” amounts compare our price to the item’s typical list price for reference.
- If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and fully refund you, even after your order is confirmed. We’ll let you know if this happens.
Deals and promo codes
- Deal of the Day: one item each day gets an extra 5% off its current price until midnight Central Time, when it returns to its regular price. The checkout price is the one shown when you place your order.
- One promo per order: a bundle discount (10% off when you buy 2 or more items) and promo codes, including spin-wheel codes, can’t be combined. If more than one applies, we automatically apply the one that saves you the most. The Deal of the Day price can be combined with either.
- Spin to win: one free spin per email and per browser per day. No purchase needed. An email address is required to spin, and spinning signs you up for our deal emails (unsubscribe any time). Prizes are decided at random by our server and are worth at most 10% off. Prize codes are single-use, expire 7 days after you win, have no cash value and apply to merchandise only (not shipping or tax). Previously issued welcome codes work the same way until redeemed. We may void codes that are abused.
Availability
Quantities are limited, and items are first come, first served. If an item sells out before we can fill your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for that item. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order.
Payment and sales tax
- Payments are processed securely by Square. Your payment is charged when you place your order.
- Texas sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas addresses, on both items and shipping as Texas law requires. Choose your ship-to state in the cart to see the exact total before you pay.
- Where we aren’t required to collect sales tax, you may be responsible for any use tax your state requires.
Shipping
We ship within the United States with USPS or UPS. Orders of $75 or more ship free; orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in the condition you received them, with all included parts and accessories. Contact us first to start a return. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and check the item. Our full Shipping & Returns policy is part of these Terms.
Warranty disclaimer
Items are sold as described. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to items purchased from us, and we are not an authorized dealer for the brands we sell unless we say so. Except as stated in these Terms and where the law doesn’t allow it, items are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Daily Digital Deals and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to describe the products.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
